Join us for a weekend of Nature Constellations at Roots & Fins in Betty’s Bay from 13–15 March 2026. This immersive retreat invites you to explore nature-human relating through the practice of socio-ecological constellation work.
Roots & Fins is a Healing Retreat, Nature Connecting Space and Artists’ Residence close to Silversands beach with its majestic dunes. It is adjacent to several fynbos and mountain nature reserves.
We will gather in a circle to remember our deeper belonging to the world. Through a blend of sensory observation practices, silence, and constellations with(in) the environment, we learn from and honour nature and our own interbeing. We will invite nature as a resource and weave our own healing movements together with her.
We will spend time
- observing and honing our senses in the beautiful nature on Silversands beach, around the majestic dunes and in the fynbos nature reserves
- respecting and honouring nature
- inviting nature as a resource into our constellations work
- learning from nature to deepen our constellations work
- being in silence & meditation
- finding space for dreaming & visioning ahead of the equinox
- reflecting and writing our experiences
- resting, swimming, eating together
