This workshop asks about the nature of our workplaces, now and in future. We look at organisations as living organisms, each with their own life cycles, inherent intelligence and specific needs. We will bring our inquiry to life through systemic constellations practice.

The power of systemic constellations work lies in embodied intelligence, in the reverence and respect for all of life. Organisations are a human impulse that has become manifest in a particular expression and form.

You are invited to bring your observations, sharing what you are experiencing at this time in your organisation or workplace. We will be co-creating the process together with the participants to meet the interests and needs in the room. All forms of work and engagement in organising are considered – formal and informal, paid and unpaid, recognised and invisible.

Our focus is on our local context and the potential for co-creating workplaces in which all can thrive. We also ask about the nature of leadership that enables such spaces. The facilitators offer insights and approaches from their three decades of working in and accompanying organisations. We currently work specifically at the intersection of organisational change and transformative leadership in a wide range of settings, specifically with focus on social responsibility, sustainability, historical woundedness and socio-ecological questions.
